I hired her because she knows the real estate market, the tricks and pitfalls in selling, how to avoid them, and get the best price possible. She came to our home with all the information that was needed to list our home. She had condo docs, previous sales in the area to help establish a selling price, photos of my complex, tax bills, etc. Saying she was prepared is an understatement. Our home was listed on a Tuesday, and she had her first open house on Thursday. That weekend she had two more open houses. BEST REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE EVER ! ! ! I’ve bought and sold 7 homes over the course of my life and I’ve never had such excellent service from a realtor as delivered by Robin. She is incredibly organized, efficient, knowledgeable and considerate. I purchased my condo through Robin 3 years ago and she was always available to show me properties, answer my questions and represent me in the negotiating process. When I decided to sell this year, we met and she already had all the statistical facts on my condo, plus copy of the deed, tax bill and an excellent market analysis. During the sale process she communicated with the property management company to obtain information needed by the buyer instead of asking me to do it. When I was out of the country during part of the process Robin handled the little things that I could not attend to and kept me posted on everything that was happening. The most impressive thing to me is the fact that she is present at all the showings of her listings instead of leaving the key in a lockbox for realtors unfamiliar with my home to show to their customers. Who better to be present at a showing than the listing realtor who knows about the property first hand and can answer questions from the prospective buyer and that buyer’s realtor (who is most likely also seeing my home for the first time)?
